The Tysons office of McGuireWoods seeks a junior Associate for the Commercial Litigation Department.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will have 3 - 5 years of law firm experience practicing predominantly in the construction space
• Experience with complex litigation, federal criminal law, or investigations is considered a plus, as is experience as a federal judicial clerk.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required.
• A Virginia bar license is required.
