- ERP and MES Development:
- Design and develop custom ERP software modules based on functional and technical requirements.
- Customize existing ERP systems to align with user-specific needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP and MES systems.
- Perform system integration testing and assist in user acceptance testing to validate software functionality.
- Report Development:
- Create and enhance reports within our ERP and MES platforms.
- Extract relevant data from various sources (including SQL databases and JSON files) to generate insightful reports.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Network Infrastructure Maintenance:
- Assist in maintaining our network infrastructure, including servers, databases, and communication channels.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues and implement necessary fixes.
- Monitor system performance and security.
- End User Support:
- Provide basic systems troubleshooting assistance to end users.
- Address software-related queries and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and retrieving relevant data.
- Knowledge of JSON for data interchange and configuration.
- Experience with PERL scripting for automation and system maintenance.
- Exposure to Plex Systems ERP (a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required while performing duties in production areas.
