Education Technology Sales Representatives are experienced sales consultants and communicators who are highly organized, data-driven, and have the ability to quickly learn and leverage new technologies to maximize the impact of McGraw Hill solutions on educators and learners.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit is willing to seek out, engage, and close business all while working in a dynamic / complex environment.
Intellectual curiosity and an appreciation for educational institutions are keys to success in this role.
We’re looking for an Education Technology Sales Representative to support our NYC and Northern NJ Higher Education market ( candidate must be located in Northern NJ or New York City area ).
Reporting to a District Sales Manager in our Higher Education Sales Organization, you will be responsible for exceeding sales expectations of McGraw Hill’s suite of Higher Education course products within the assigned territory.
This role requires travel 4-5 days per week on a regular basis to meet with professors and university administration on campus on a regular basis.
This role covers a territory that includes Northern NJ and NYC 2- and 4- year colleges and universities including accounts in Montclair, Newark, Essex County, and Jersey City.
Candidates are required to be located within or near this territory to be considered for the role.

The pay range for this position is between $80,000 - 90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
An annual sales incentive plan is included as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and / or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
