Responsibilities:

• Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Estimate cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate assessment and timely completion of repairs.
• Communicate repair estimates and timeliness to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior collision experience preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Team player.
• Growth mindset.
