RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintain customer & technician relationships. 
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership.
• Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
• Handle parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop.
• Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping.
• Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced.
• Experience preferred with either Honda or Acura products is a plus!
• DealerTrack experience also a bonus.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• All candidates will be subject to both a background and drug test.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced counter positions need at least 1 year of dealership parts experience (Preferred)
• Proficient in email and basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent Must take direction well and follow through entire task
• Must be able to perform other duties when assigned.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Some heavy lifting is required.
