Lot Coordinator Role Responsibilities:

· Maintains lot inventory and ensures organization and cleanliness of all vehicles

· Ensures lot is clean and free of any debris or trash

· Informs management of any issues pertaining to the physical nature and condition of any vehicle

· Attaches McGovern Automotive Group marketing plates and badges to all inventory vehicles

· Prepares and attaches all required stickers including: New or Used Limited Warranty information, Buyer’s Guide information, and Massachusetts Lemon Law information

· Relocates all wholesale and retail traded vehicles to designated areas on lot

· Performs appropriate check in and check out procedures of all new and used vehicles

· Parks new and used vehicles in a neat or organized layout

· Exhibits a strong focus on vehicle safety at all time; Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager

· Provides transportation for customers, assist with delivering vehicles, transporting vehicles from other McGovern Automotive Group dealership and satellite lots, snow removal etc.

· Any other tasks relative to facility maintenance

· Additional responsibilities as assigned

Lot Coordinator Role Qualifications:

· Holds a valid driver's license and has a clean driving record

· Demonstrates professionalism, collaboration and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors

· Completes assignments in a timely manner

· Able to prioritize tasks and escalate issues or questions to appropriate managers or team members

· Must be organized and detail oriented

· Maintains a professional appearance

· Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management

· Able to pass background and drug screenings
