Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including loaders, bulldozers, Excavator, Backhoe, skid steer, compactor, dump truck
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Safely and efficiently transport materials and equipment to designated locations
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders, bulldozers, front loader, Excavator, Backhoe, skid steer, compactor, dump truck
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record not required! just a bonus
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
