24 hours evening schedule

6 nights per week - Monday to Friday 6:00PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 4:30pm to 8:30pm.

Must have 2 to 3 years supervisory/leader experience in custodial services or related field and experience in a union environment is preferred.

• Lead by example by actively participating in cleaning duties alongside the team.
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and to company standards.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
• Schedule and assign tasks to cleaning staff, ensuring coverage for all shifts.
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to cleaning services.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including staff attendance and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement improved cleaning processes and procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
