McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Accountant for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: Daily cash management processing for multiple companies, including posting transactions, generating bank deposit slips and making deposits to the bank. Monthly duties include preparing journal entries, bank account reconciliations and reviewing trial balances for accuracy. Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefits package

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience

• Two years of accounting experience including one year of accounting experience in healthcare organization preferred.
