Can you lead the internal operations (Finance, HR, Recruiting and IT) for a fast growing professional services firm with operations across four continents? Have you collaborated with external investors, bankers and acquisition targets to help drive growth? Do you have the mindset to mentor team members to drive performance, innovative thinking, and efficiency gains? Can you work with sales, delivery, and other departments to facilitate operational excellence? Can you interface with peer executives and all levels of the organization? Can you negotiate with customers as well as vendors?
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a technical professional services environment. They will provide hands-on leadership to the Financial, HR, Recruiting and IT departments in a $20 million growing services company. They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaboratively work with geographically dispersed teams.
