Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout scheduled shift.
• Inspect all utilized equipment to ensure employee safety.
• Collaborate effectively with key members of your team to run lines at target rates.
• Assist leadership with foreign material and considerable risk raw materials prevention.
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure line efficiency.
• Understands product types and specifications.
• Utilize Red Zone software analytics to assist with KPIs.
• Must be able to assist team members with set up and breakdowns of all wash lines.
• Must adhere to ALL safety polices.
• Must adhere to ALL food safety policies (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Must adhere to ALL company policies.
• Must have an open work schedule (Monday Saturday) and be available to stay past schedule time when asked by leadership.

Essential Job Functions:

• Working in a cold (33 F) and wet environment.
• Pushing, pulling, and lifting to 50 lbs.
• Bending, stooping, squatting, reaching overhead, stretching, climbing stairs
• Repetition movements of hands, arms, and legs.

Desired Qualifications: High school or GED, bilingual skills a plus.
