JOB SUMMARY
Assist with the management of all construction activities within the assigned projects. Works with other team members to ensure proper document tracking and reporting to project management and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Communicate with team members about project goals and progress.
Contributes to the planning, development, coordination and management of projects.
Assists with procurement of tools, materials and subcontractors, to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. Review quantities completed on a daily basis.
Performing administrative tasks such as preparing information for invoices, estimates, schedules and reports.
Keeping track of and reporting on project budget, spending and performance.
Organizing and tracking of all project documents.
Manage and maintain good relationships with company clientele and inspectors
Prepares or reviews reports on progress, materials used and costs as indicated by reports.
Occasionally attend safety meetings and pre-construction meetings.
Handle client and team member calls to ensure vital information is available to project operations.
Coordinate with Project Management, Supervisors and inspectors on a daily basis.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in pipeline construction or general construction would be helpful.
Strong organizational skills and document management.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Scheduling (Ex. P6 software)
Must be able to work well with others in a fun and professional environment.
