Requirements:

The Supervisor is responsible for running a profitable patch of restaurants and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The Supervisor works with his/her restaurant leaders to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.

To meet restaurant goals, the Supervisor doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of General Managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the General Manager to set their own goals, following up on their progress, providing coaching and direction, and helping their General Managers develop management in their respective restaurant so they can become a team that works together to achieve their restaurant's and Company's goals.

The Supervisor models good hiring and development practices for their teams. The Supervisor helps his/her General Manager develop Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Ideal candidates should have two years of previous McDonald's Supervisor experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate with all levels of our organization. Ideal candidates should also be outgoing, friendly, and comfortable with being on their feet for an entire shift. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, be able to execute an operational plan. Ensure the restaurants are operating in the most effective and efficient manner. Be able to review operational reports, analyze and development an action plan to improve any areas that are not performing up to standards.

Must be able to multi-task and have great time management skills. You must be 18 years or older to be a supervisor in our restaurants.
