```Overview```
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to supervise and guide junior staff members
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus
