```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Conduct facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in fabricating and welding metal components
- Experience with facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise contractors and coordinate maintenance activities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and contractors

- EPA/HVAC/Refrigeration certification

-Electrical certification

-Small construction and plumbing knowledge would be a plus.
