Customer Service :

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.

Food Preparation :

• Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's standards.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of food products.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Cash Handling

• Operate cash registers and handle customer payments.
• Provide accurate change and process transactions.

Cleaning and Maintenance :

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Dispose of waste and keep the dining area clean.

Team Collaboration :

• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Communicate with team members and managers.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.

Adherence to Policies

• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Comply with McDonald's standards and guidelines.

Multitasking

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively.

Training and Development :

• Participate in training sessions and development programs.
• Stay informed about menu changes and promotions.

Maintaining Equipment :

• Ensure that kitchen equipment is in good working condition.
• Report any equipment issues to supervisors.

Flexibility :

Be willing to work in various roles within the restaurant, such as cashier, kitchen, or drive-thru.
