The Assistant / General Manager's duties are to supervise personnel and the products and equipment, with the aim of achieving the high standards of quality, service and cleanliness of our company, as well as maintaining a positive and dedicated work environment. Assistant / General Managers are expected to learn to supervise people and manage the restaurant during designated times, achieving Total Customer Satisfaction, Sales Growth, Profit Optimization and generally motivating the staff. Assistant / General Managers will have to be trained and expected to perform to the high standard that we expect at McDonald's.

Requirements

• 1 years of management experience (position filled based on experience)
• Ability to work early mornings and overnight shifts
• Previous QSR/Fast Food experience a plus
• Ability to motivate and develop staff
• Ability to lead a team
