Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated wastewater dewatering Plant Operator to join our team. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment within our facility. This is a full-time position With Year round work.

We are willing to train the right individuals.

7:00am to 5:00pm with some flexibility Monday through Friday

Duties:
- Operate and monitor equipment such as tanks, pumps, valves, and control systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal production levels
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or loaders as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in plant operations or a related field is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment
- Basic math skills for data collection and analysis
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
