Overview:

We are seeking skilled Equipment Operators to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment to assist in the completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain heavy machinery including bulldozers, trackhoes, skid steers

- Perform tasks such as digging trenches, compacting earth, and leveling ground

- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment

- Collaborate with construction crews to meet project deadlines

Skills:

- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as Caterpillar machinery

- Experience in bulldozing, building, and grading operations

- Strong understanding of safety procedures in heavy equipment operation
