Role Summary:

The Regional Operations Manager oversees Dental/Orthodontic practices. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. To include guiding field managers, setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operation and financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise multiple locations within the region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Guide, train, and manage lower-level management and supervisors.
• Prepare performance reports for presentation to Senior Management.
• Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
• Act as liaison between business office and assigned offices.
• Routinely traveling to assigned offices interacting with managers and team members.
• Review financial statements, activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to ensure the integrity of collecting all forms of payments in the clinic. Report financial collections daily and review monthly.
• Order and distribute office supplies and navigate other operational expenses.
• Perform administrative tasks which may include maintaining or overseeing calendars and schedules for staff and patients.
• Resolve patient complaints.
• Travel between different locations 100% of the time, can include overnight travel. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field from accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• Three - four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have a valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Regional Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in driving business development initiatives.
• Solid understanding of profit loss analysis and financial management principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
