McCutchen McLean, LLC is a boutique law firm located in downtown Chapin, South Carolina. We offer representation on Real Estate Transactions, Family Law, Personal Injury, Business and Tax Law, Probate and Estate Planning, Employment Wage and Hour, and Litigation cases. We are a small firm that prides itself on hard work and positive outcomes. Our partners have over 40 years of combined experience practicing law in South Carolina.

This Position:

We are seeking a Paralegal with Real Estate Experience

Job Duties:

You will support our attorneys with the following:

· Phone calls

· Maintaining and organizing client files

· Coordinating required documents for real estate closings

· Communicating with clients, mortgage companies, lenders, and real estate agents

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication and organization abilities

· Ability to multi-task

· Work well in a fast-paced environment

· Strong work ethic

· Able to uphold confidentiality at all times

· Great customer service skills, both in person and over the phone

· Professional demeanor

Benefits:

We offer paid health, dental, vision, long term disability, short term disability and life insurance for the employee. We offer 12 paid holidays and 1 paid floating holiday. We also offer 15 paid vacation days which accrue 10 hours per month. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am- 5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00-3:00 pm. A 401k match is also provided.

Experience and Education:

Seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of prior real estate closing experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,080.00 - $62,400.00 per year
