McCurdy Real Estate & Auction is looking for our next Closing Department Manager to lead our Closing Team following the retirement later this year of our current manager after almost 24 years of service. The Closing Department Manager leads a team of passionate professionals responsible for assisting customers and working with title companies, cooperating agents, lenders, and others, from the time a property sells at auction through the real estate closing. Despite being a high-volume office, McCurdy prides itself on superior customer service and the personal relationships we develop throughout the community.

Position Responsibilities
Compliance and risk management – 50%
Contracting for real estate transactions – 40%
Other Responsibilities – 10%
