McCue Law Office is looking for an experienced paralegal/legal assistant with experience in real estate, wills and probate to join our legal team. Experience in processing real estate closings, preparing wills and filing probate preferred. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Enjoy working with the public and addressing their needs in a pleasant and professional manner
• Preparing settlement statements for real estate closings
• Drafting legal documents including deeds and wills for attorney review
• Clerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Reliability
• Data entry and computer skills
• Assisting attorney with all aspects of case(s)
• Tracking and managing attorney calendars and deadlines
• Communicating with clients and real estate professionals
• Scanning, filing, and copying
• Answering phones

Please note if you have any experience using MyCase software, Word, Excel & Outlook, electronic filing, real estate software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
