Are you a seasoned Demand Planning professional seeking a new opportunity to showcase your skills? Look no further! Join our team at McCue as a Global Demand Planning Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction worldwide.

Overview:As the Global Demand Planning Manager, you'll lead the Demand Planning function across all business segments and regions at McCue. Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate Demand Plans based on various inputs such as sales data, market trends, and financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demand Planning and Analysis: Delve into historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to accurately forecast future product demand.
  2. Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to understand Go-To-Market activities and align demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies, bridging the gap between Sales and Operations.
  3. Timely Adjustments and Risk Mitigation: Regularly review and adjust demand plans based on real-time sales data and market changes. Identify potential sales risks and supply chain disruptions, proactively developing contingency plans in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  4. Product Availability and Efficiency: Collaborate with Sales and Procurement to ensure products are available when needed. Utilize advanced demand planning tools to improve accuracy and efficiency in Demand Planning processes, including seamless integration with the Company's ERP system.
  5. Root Cause Analysis and Strategic Alignment: Analyze variances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to enhance demand plan accuracy. Lead cross-functional meetings to align business plans with company objectives, ensuring strategic alignment across departments.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of direct experience in Demand Planning and 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Technical mastery in Demand Planning and a solid understanding of sales and supply chain dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced mathematical and forecasting techniques.
  • Ability to think strategically and link business plans to Go-To-Market approaches.
  • Expertise in utilizing specialized Demand Planning tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Research Operations, or Economics; an MBA is a plus.
