**Overview:**
As a Follow-Up Liaison at MCCS National, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by ensuring that all insurance claims are progressing smoothly. Your responsibilities will include making follow-up calls, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining meticulous records to support the claims process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Quality Follow-Up Calls:** Conduct regular follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding the status of claims, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
- **New Submissions:** Call on new claim submissions to confirm receipt and initial processing status.
- **Depreciation Releases:** Follow up on depreciation releases, ensuring all necessary documentation has been received and processed.
- **Document Review:** Call to follow up on the review of documents, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- **Coordination:** Work closely with Estimators, Account Managers, and other team members to coordinate information and ensure a seamless claims process.
- **Support:** Serve as a point of contact for other Follow-Up Liaisons and assist in training new trainees, sharing best practices and ensuring they are well-prepared to perform their duties.
- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed and organized records of all follow-up activities and communications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in insurance claims, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication.
