Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

As a full-time CNA on our Skilled Nursing team, you will provide basic patient care to residents, seeing to their physical, mental and emotional needs to make them feel right at home.

Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is not required but is a plus.

Primary job responsibilities:

• Conduct rounds, answer call lights timely, and perform scheduled nursing care
• Assist residents’ toileting, showering/bathing, and dressing; change incontinent residents and launder personal items
• Assist in residents’ movement throughout the facility; walk ambulatory residents; turn and reposition bed and chair residents
• See to residents’ social needs and listen to resident, family and physician concerns
• Complete charting on services provided
