McCray Griffin Corporation is Hiring a Project Manager Near Indian, NC

McCray Griffin Corporation is a small business in Indian Trail, NC. We specialize in Industrial & Commercial Resinous Flooring Systems & Polished Concrete. We are professional, innovative, and determined to provide top quality, transparent customer communication, quick and effective solutions, continued industry and product knowledge, hands on training, and Team collaboration/building. Must have previous experience in Construction/Flooring; preferably experience in Polished Concrete and Resinous flooring.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform decision-making and project improvements
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies
- Collaborate with other product managers to define project requirements, deliverables, and labor allocation
- Oversee project budgeting, resource/labor allocation
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Requirements:

- Must have previous experience in Construction/Flooring; preferably experience in Polished Concrete and Resinous flooring.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with requirements management and product management processes
- Technical writing skills for creating project documentation and reports
- Experience with project portfolio management is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
