Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of ages 12 and above. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and vital signs
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages
- Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health screenings
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and sonography
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications, including injections, as needed
- Perform minor procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care strategies

Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Experience working with patients is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and diagnosing common illnesses
- Ability to administer injections and perform minor procedures
- Strong knowledge of occupational health practices and ER protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
