POSITION OVERVIEW

The Corporate Development Senior Analyst supports all group priorities, including the global mergers and acquisition agenda, special projects and supporting corporate initiatives. The Analyst supports the Corporate Development Directors and Manager in transaction execution, including pipeline management, due diligence, and integration. This role reports to the Corporate Development Manager.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support for diligence tracking and integration efforts on all Corporate Development transactions
  • Support the internal corporate development pipeline tracking process, including reporting along with market research and recently announced transactions
  • Leading and running financial model when target is identified for internal reporting
  • Own annual Antitrust analysis by working with Senior Finance leaders
  • Assist Corporate Development team on global strategies (e.g., flavor, DTC, etc.), corporate initiatives, and special projects including performing analysis and preparing presentations
  • Maintain Corporate Development due diligence and integration templates and materials

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of finance or project management experience.
  • 8 years of financial analysis or planning experience
  • Ability to develop business relationships internally and externally across all levels and leverage into the corporate development setting In-depth knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • Experience with Powerpoint and Excel, including financial modeling
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to develop business relationships internally and externally across all levels and leverage into business
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent judgement and diplomacy skills required to manage highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective communication skills, including both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under deadlines and high pressure / visibility situations in a highly confidential environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
