Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring safety in all that we do.
  • Report to your foreman.
  • Demo existing concrete.
  • Set concrete forms and rebar.
  • Finish concrete.
  • Labor on the job site as needed.
  • Learn to operate skid steers and any other equipment necessary for successful completion of the job.
  • Be punctual.
  • Drive various size trucks to and from the job sites.
  • Physical demands include but are not limited to; lifting heavy objects, walking, and standing for extended periods of time and performing physical labor under adverse weather conditions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
  • 1 plus year of concrete experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver license required. Class A CDL is a plus.
  • Relatively clean motor vehicle report. (Applicants w/ a drug or alcohol driving offense in the last five years will not be considered. Other violations will be evaluated using our insurance company standards.)
  • Ability to work 40 – 60 hours a week including some Saturdays.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
