In this unique role, you'll:

• Champion the Encore Delivery Experience: Coordinate "Second Deliveries" for our valued Subaru customers, ensuring the perfect new car buying experience. Educating customers of all of the safety and tech features of their new vehicle purchase that is offered 2 weeks after initial delivery.
• Become a Subaru Savvy Specialist: We'll provide comprehensive training on all basic Subaru Tech and Safety operations, so you can confidently answer customer questions and enhance their ownership journey.
• Unlock Customer Potential: Utilize our state-of-the-art software to identify opportunities for equity or over-valued appraisals. Deliver targeted messages offering lower payments – all while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

• Impeccable Communication Skills: You're a natural-born conversationalist who can connect with customers on a genuine level. Phone, email, and texting etiquette skills are required for this role.
• Product Demonstration Prowess: You have a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
