Pay:

· Starting at $14

Flexible hours available for Full time, Part time, or PRN for day or evening shifts

· 9:00a – 8:00p or 11:30a – 8:00p; every other weekend required.

At McCallum Place we specialize in eating disorders for ages 10 and up

Dietary Aide responsibilities:

• Perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas.
• Properly prepare, serve, and store food in accordance with facility policies.
• Keep dining areas, kitchens, and utensils and equipment clean and sanitary. Inspect areas for cleanliness and check that all items on the cleaning list are completed.
• Prepare foods according to standardized recipes and approved menu.
• Understand and apply the sanitation procedures needed to provide a safe and healthy environment.
• Adhere to menu compliance, special diet compliance and report any dietary non-compliance, concern, or complaint of patients to dietician, supervisor, or manager
• Other duties as assigned
• Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes machine in the PM according to company procedures.
• Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation.

Education and Job Requirements:

· High School Diploma, GED or higher.

· 1-Year food Service experience

· Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certificate.

· Able to work independently & possess problem solving skills.

· Must be able to work days, some evenings, weekend and some holidays.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Hepatitis A shot series and Tuberculosis test required.
