Position Hours : 5 : 45pm 6 : 00am (NIGHT SHIFT)

Pay : $24.07 / hour plus $1.25 / hour shift differential & up to 3% quarterly bonus &

$1,500 sign on bonus!

Statement of Job

• Monitors and maintains even line flow from MDS through both scale decks, and cleans and sanitizes.
• Control sizing of product, monitor and maintain even line flow, and clean and sanitize cold room.

Major Duties

• Monitor and maintain addback equipment to ensure an even, steady addback flow to proper lines.
• Take necessary precautions to avoid mixing different types of products and insure addback product matches line flow before adding back.
• Occasionally operate forklift to position cribs.
• Understand the concepts and participates in the techniques of the quality process.
• Notify appropriate personnel of quality and production line problems.
• Remove foreign material and product defects.
• Accurately complete required reports and records.
• Monitors and maintains P1 and P2 scales and buckets to ensure steady line flow.
• Notifies appropriate personnel of quality and production line problems.
• Perform magnet checks.
• Audits scale bucket reports.
• Continually monitors scale performance and all GMPs.
• Works with maintenance and operators on repairs of buckets and scales, and cleans when necessary.
• Operate equipment which controls size, grading of product in cold room.
• Monitor and maintain even line flow.
• Performs shake-out waste and tunnel sizing checks.
• Notify appropriate personnel of quality and production line problems.
• Promote and adhere to company safety regulations.
• Participates in factory clean-ups.
• Occasionally operate forklift to position cribs (forklift certification required).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision .

Qualifications :

Ability to read and understand and communicate safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to solve practical problems.

Ability to comprehend and communicate in Basic English and interact with all levels of the organization. Must be able to enter data into a computer.

Physical Demand :

Constant : Walking, bending at the waist, squatting, kneeling, and twisting at the neck and waist. Walking up and down a flight of stairs.
