This role will support our CI projects in Burley, Idaho and Othello, Washington. Candidate must reside locally or within travel distance of these two sites.
Job Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for the leadership of continuous improvement processes, loss analysis, root-cause problem solving and deployment of the McCain Driving Impact (MDI) work systems across all Operations in North America. They need to be hands-on, passionate and experienced in deploying, leading, coaching and supporting and least two of the following disciplines:
Responsibilities include the rollout and execution of MDI (McCain Driving Impact) and other related initiatives to create highly effective and efficient sustainable operations where employees are enabled and engaged in improving the business. The CI Manager will be responsible for developing capability in others; for leading strategic ad hoc projects; for contributing to meet the financial and cultural objectives of the business.
The individual must have demonstrable skills in leading through influence and managing stakeholders at all organizational levels (i.e. from Senior Leaders to Floor-level Operators)
