Wauseon Machine specializes in Precision Machining, Custom Robotic Automation, and Tube Forming Technologies. The Precision Machining Division boasts 5th axis capabilities with 75 CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs. Our skilled machinists can remanufacture or produce build-to-print parts, sub-assemblies, and complete tooling packages from all grades of steel, specialty metals, carbide, composites, and many plastics.

• Process requests for quotes and purchase orders.
• Assist with job write-up as required.
• Liaison for processing customer’s needs by communicating with customer and Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
• Work closely with Estimating team and CRM Administrator to compile accurate data for customer needs.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Sales Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor Account Manager email as needed.
• Manage house accounts as needed.

• Associate degree in business or sales field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
