Job Overview:
I am seeking a Personal Assistant to help with everyday personal tasks and also to provide administrative support for a small business.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills. Typical duties will include

• Assist with personal tasks as required including finding contractors for home improvements, getting estimates for home or car repairs, occasional light house cleaning, occasional yard clean up and other home maintenance tasks that I can't keep up with.
• Help declutter and organize home, sell items, take to dump or good will
• Help with small home projects.
• Set up Dr. and dental appts.
• Assist with small business tasks including maintaining project task tracking schedules, making travel arrangements, helping with personal and business meetings/events.
• Work with product customer service departments to trouble shoot tech or equipment issues as needed
• Filing, data entry, and general organization
• Proofreading and formatting documents
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good grammar and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Must be able to drive, lift and do some level of physical labor.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

• Nine Mile Falls, WA (Required)
