Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work and resources of construction project scheduling, including creating, updating, analyzing, and reporting schedules as an application of Work Environment Management (WEM®).

Education: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in:

• Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
• Preferred PMP certificate

Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply Work Environment Management (WEM®) directly on construction projects.

- Applying Project Management principles and utilizing Project Scheduling tools to support customers, including project schedule setup, update, analysis, and reporting.

- Oversee company-wide scheduling client work in terms of:

• Resource management and balancing (of schedule support resources)
• Process design and improvement, including automation
• Onboarding and ongoing training needs

- Assure client deliverables are met in time, cost, and quality

Experience:

- Required: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in any field, directly overseeing individuals or crews and managing their work and deliverables.

- Preferred: Construction experience, in any of the following capacities:

• Field supervision
• Project management
• Scheduling / schedule management

- Strongly preferred experience with:

• Microsoft Project
• Any other scheduling software such as Primavera / P6

Skills:

- Strong familiarity of project management and project scheduling fundamentals such as CPM, NLD, PERT, Critical Path & Critical Chain, Risk Analysis, EVA

- Proven ability to setup, use, interpret and report on project schedules

- Familiarity with project controls including productivity and financial performance and their link to project schedule management

- Strong written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills

- Computer skills, specifically the ability to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Sharepoint, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
