MCA Communications is seeking skilled In-House Handyman/Commercial Maintenance Technician for full time, position. To be successful in this role you must possess commercial handyman experience, basic carpentry skills, light plumbing, and electrical knowledge. You also must be able to identify, document and report maintenance and repair work. 

Please have your own tools. Generous compensation paid bi-weekly.

Please reply if you can do most of the following:

• Door Repairs (Hinges, closers, frames, flush bolts, pivot joints, door latches, locking mechanisms, weather-strips etc.)
• Commercial Door Replacements
• Drywall Repairs and Painting
• Flooring (Tile, Laminate etc.)
• Light Plumbing & Electrical
• Low Voltage Cabling
• Security & Alarm Service Work
• Security Monitoring & Availability to dispatch to building.
