The successful candidate will perform Help Desk Support, including walk-in management, ticket assignments, and answering the Help Desk phone and provide hands-on support for IT issues within our organization.Responsibilities and Duties:➜ Keep systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades➜ Support with the implementation and ongoing support of new software and features.➜ Set up new employee user profiles on system networks and processes new hardware shipment➜ Administer technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed➜ Counter to IT issues, hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc➜ Assess connectivity issues, equipment, and software➜ Assist with Servers, computer repair/troubleshooting software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more➜ Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule➜ Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place ordersQualifications➜ High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred➜ CompTIA A , CompTIA Net certification or other related IT professional certification; meet all state-required licensure/certification➜ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues➜ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently➜ Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades➜ Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
