We are looking to hire an experienced candidate to help us keep growing and be dedicated to the continued success for a 44-Unit apartment community. This is a full-time position at 40/hours per week. Seeking a Property Manager with Tax Credit and Hud experience.

Our ideal candidate Is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to work independently with little oversight. Is marketing savvy, must have a passion for customer service. Is well organized, punctual, self-driven with great follow through. Is a team player, dependable and will always provide outstanding customer service to residents. You will have problem-solving skills with an ability to independently address issues and resolve disputes, and act independently in face-to-face situations using judgment, tact, and discretion.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of Property Management.
• Must have Affordable Housing Experience (TC/HUD)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
• Customer service and General Office experience
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data research.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency.
• High energy, friendly, eager-to-assist and professional demeanor
