The Company is seeking a VP, Specialty Sales for the Technology Solutions market. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic sales strategy for software, technical services, and support services, with a focus on delivering top and bottom-line objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales specialists, ensuring the alignment of the specialty sales organization with current business drivers, and fostering a high-performing, growth-oriented sales team. Experience in a similar role within a related environment, particularly with OEM structures, strategic partnerships, and integration solutions, is essential. The role requires a leader with a solid background in technology and sales, experience managing a sales team across a large geography, and a demonstrable track record of engaging with clients to influence sales. Skills in sales business management, talent management, and enablement, as well as the ability to work with pursuit teams and leverage vendors as resources, are also crucial. The ideal candidate will have excellent strategic and operational planning experience and the ability to ensure that the sales strategy is aligned with the business strategy.
