Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dock and Trucking Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation logistics and ensuring timely delivery of mail.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize production planning and scheduling
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve transportation issues
- Manage transportation costs
- Source and negotiate with external vendors for transportation services
- Oversee dock operations, including loading of mail
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Experience:

-Knowledge of current Postal regulations and experience with PostalOne, Dazzle, Window Book, is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in transportation planning, supply chain management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Familiarity with production planning processes
- Ability to source and negotiate with external vendors for transportation services
