Pregnancy Services In-Home Specialist, Full-Time

We are looking for a Case Manager for our Pregnancy In-Home Services program. You will have the opportunity to work with adult pregnant women in a Christ-centered environment that is focused on making a difference in the lives of the clients we serve.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

· Assist pregnant women with permanency planning and needed resources

· Conduct regular home visits

· Promote positive parenting and child development.

· Build rapport with service providers and clients

· Assist in marketing the program in the community

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

· Demonstrated ability in the above required qualities

· Current, valid driver’s license and ability to obtain MO Class E designation or equivalent

· Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with two years of experience

· Clear background check requirements.

· Ability to use/learn to use computer/electronic systems
