mbcc-mass is Hiring a Tenure Track Faculty in Emergency Medical Services Near Framingham, MA

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain a full-time workload which may include teaching in EMT and Paramedicine Programs to include classroom, clinical, laboratory courses, and simulation-based courses.
Prepare syllabi and develop curricula for lectures, laboratory and simulation settings to address course and program student learning outcomes and Graduation Competencies as appropriate.
Teach effectively in a traditional, hybrid and/or online environment.
Serve as an academic advisor to students and maintain office hours.
Participate in College, Division and Program governance inclusive of attending Division, Department, Advisory Committee, and other committee meetings.
Participate in assessment of course and program learning outcomes.
Maintain a safe environment during skills training and evaluation sessions.
Use technology effectively to communicate with students and colleagues and to enhance classroom learning as appropriate.
Engage in professional development activities to maintain excellence and expertise in the and in classroom/clinical/simulation teaching.
Maintain appropriate paperwork and documentation required by the program and accreditation agencies.
