Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop a competitive curriculum for this new program;

• Develop comprehensive syllabi for each DMS course;

• Base course and curriculum development for the program on employer needs, industry-standards and accreditation requirements;

• Build out/develop the program and program timeline, including labs and clinicals for each semester of the program;

• Establish partnerships (advisory and clinical) for future clinical placements, as required by accreditation;

• Be an advisor to the Dean as the new DMS labs being built developed on the new Framingham Campus;

• Meet regularly with the Dean and others, as required for program updates. Meet with those who have interest in the program, as needed;

• Produce reports, discuss and make equipment recommendations, as needed;

• Bring the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program to life.
