Responsibilites

• Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of candidates, sourcing from a variety of channels, including, but not limited to, networking, social media, internet, cold calling, employee referrals, campus recruiting, attending industry related events, and other tactics to discover top talent
• Manage Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and job postings and monitor, screen, and disposition candidate applications in the system
• Partner with recruiters to clarify the talent need and what successful candidates look like
• Work with the marketing department and HR Director to generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging

Qualifications

• 1 years of recruitment/sourcing experience
• Experience with iCIMS is preferred
• Strong research and candidate generation skills
• Familiarity with current sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing strategies and skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities
• Strong Project Management and prioritization skills
• Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work
