Responsibilities:
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Assist/prepare correspondence as requested.
  • File documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data in a database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Process employee terminations.
  • Process mail.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Support other assigned functions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent speaking and listening skills to share information effectively.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking.
  • Knowledgeable of HR functions and best practices.
