Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for equipment needs & service
• Maintain/update warranty on new equipment and renew extended warranties with vendors
• Communicate to the Operations Team the repair and replacement options, make recommendations based on the condition and age of current equipment, and provide new equipment options, quotes, and pricing
• Coordinate service visits from service vendors
• Troubleshoot, triage, and diagnose issues for offices to better communicate service needs with Service Vendors
• Collaborate with Facilities Department on office projects ranging from equipment replacement, relocations, and expansions
• Report and update via Monday.com boards and Teams
• Join weekly virtual meetings
• Review repair quotes, make recommendations to Operations Teams and Owner, and follow through with the Service Vendor on how to proceed
• Light travel to meet operations teams and get to know the assigned region of offices
• Provide insight and expertise on office equipment inventory and forecast replacement purchases and preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the dental space is required
• Candidate must reside in the Dallas area
• Must be technical, polished, and professional
