MB Western Construction Co is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Houston, TX
We are seeking a Superintendent. The Superintendent is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can implement and follow-up on projects, while also developing plans for the future and managing employees. A successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, ability to multitask and excellent leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Direct activities on the job site, such as bridge construction, renovation, and maintenance.
- Superintend the jobs of construction foremen, laborers, and other workers on the jobsite.
- Supervise employees and subcontractors working on renovation projects and construction sites.
- Liaise between contractors and clients.
- Consult with architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
Job Type: Full-time
