Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant who is looking for a challenging position with excellent advancement potential to join our team.

Duties:
- Perform general accounting duties, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and tax return preparation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist clients with tax planning and preparation, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification or working on getting Certified.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Able to multi-task and complete projects timely.

- Need to be highly organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.

- Management skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in double entry bookkeeping and financial report interpretation
- Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation and budgeting processes
- Experience in preparing Individual Tax Returns, Corporate, Non-Profit and Estate Returns.
- Excellent Communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Experience with Quick Books and Microsoft programs including, Excel Worksheets, Access & Word is required. Experience working in a CPA office is a plus.
